Since The announcement of their reunion tour in 2011, which kicked off at Manchester’s Heaton Park, The Stone Roses have played over Sixty shows all over the world, many of which selling out within minutes.

This year alone many Cities such as Tokyo, Belfast, London, Leeds and Glasgow have been an array of Lemons, bucket hats and Fans who describe each other as their Stone Roses family, have flocked from far and wide to hear classics such as I wanna Be Adored, Waterfall and I Am The Resurrection played live, Their love for the band and each other unwavering for a solid Four decades.

On Saturday  June 24th,  Fans spanning generations joined Ian, John, Mani, Reni and their support acts Steve Mason and Primal Scream in what has been speculated as the parting gig following a quote from Ian Brown

“Don’t be sad its over, be happy it happened”

The Electric serge of the crowed pulsated as The bands pre entrance song Stoned Love by The Supremes belted from the speakers. Then erupted into a mass of cheers, tears and flares as the baseline of Adored kicked in. The bands ability to captivate and fixate the crowd didn’t waver throughout their set and as Resurrection drew to an end there were many tears of sheer overwhelming passion for four ordinary lads who not only created a band who’s songs have touched nations over the world but also a family and more love than was ever deemed possible.

One Love, One Heart, One Soul.
