THE VERVE TO RELEASE SPECIAL EDITION, REMASTERED URBAN HYMNS IN CELEBRATION TO IT’S 20TH ANNIVERSARY

1997 The year The Verve Stormed the Album charts and proved Brit Pop wasn’t dead with the Epic Urban Hymns, boasting tracks like Bitter Sweet Symphony, Lucky Man  and The Drugs Don’t Work, its no surprise it propelled to success and is regularly voted in the top 50 Albums of the 90s.

September this year marks the 20th Anniversary of the albums initial release and to celebrate the occasion The Verve will re issue not only a re mastered two disc version of Urban Hymns but a super deluxe five disc box set, a bonus DVD box set and a triple LP box set loaded masses of B sides, live recordings, video footage from the making of Urban Hymns and The only previously released on VHS documentary ‘The video 96-98’
